Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive goods into the factory, checking the state of delivery, quantities, and product conformity.
- Store goods appropriately to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and care, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Despatch orders on time to meet customer expectations.
- Organise logistics and coordinate with carriers to streamline processes.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles as needed.
- Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, promoting a safe working environment.
- Process customer orders received via phone, email, or our website promptly.
- Handle customer enquiries and quotations with professionalism.
- Provide support to the field sales team to ensure seamless operations.
- Strong communication and telephone skills.
- Reliability and trustworthiness are essential.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Experience using Sage and Microsoft Outlook is a plus!
