Here at GXO, we’re working together with Waitrose and looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Reading (RG2). You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working on an ‘any 5 days out of 7’ shift pattern, covering the hours of 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, or 22:00–06:00.

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll receive:

• An hourly rate of £14.89 working morning shift
• An hourly rate of £16.57 working afternoon shift
• An hourly rate of £17.61 working night shift

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Our Warehouse Operatives work in a chilled environment and support in the picking of customer orders
• You’ll operate manual handling equipment in a safe manner
• You will utilise the warehouse management system and ‘pick by voice’ equipment
• Ensure that all health & safety practices are followed in line with company policies
