YOUR ROLE
Our amazing aerospace distribution centre based in Barton under Needwood have an exciting opportunity for dynamic and self motivated Warehouse Operative where you will be part of a successful team who are committed to supporting the logistics and supply chain of this high-profile customer. This is a critical role within the operation and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, operation, client and company.
The rotating shift time for this position is 6:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00
This amazing opportunity is offering a salary of £25,187.76 per annum, you will also have the opportunity to earn attendance and site based bonuses should you meet operational KPIs.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Unload vehicles, receipt and putaway items
- Pick orders, produce dispatch and carrier paperwork, and ensure it is logged onto the system where necessary
- Load vehicles in accordance with delivery manifests
- Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure work is allocated correctly
- Maintain stock accuracy
- Produce KPI data for Team Leaders
- Proven experience picking and packing, preferably using Warehouse Management Systems (SAP or Orcale)
- Previous experience working in a warehousing or operational environment would be desireable.
- Someone who is a great team player but also able to work alone where required
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and targets
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
