The Digital Systems Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting FA Education's digital platforms. This includes maintaining and updating system content, providing second-line technical support, and liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system performance. The role involves monitoring support trends, generating insights through data analysis, and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital systems in line with the Digital Learning System Roadmap. The postholder will also support usability testing, community platform engagement, and the creation of user guidance materials. With a strong focus on data integrity, user support, and project coordination, the Digital Systems Administrator will help drive operational excellence and enhance the digital learning experience across the FA.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract, to support the team in meeting a key strategic deadline.

What will you be doing?
- Act as the administrator for the Digital Learning Systems - including uploading of resources, updating content etc.
- Provide second-line support, escalating tickets as necessary with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring they are logged and resolved.
- Liaise with the Education support team and support users with queries.
- Work within FA Education to spot, track and monitor trends with support tickets and source solutions.
- Generate regular reports to support key projects.
- Work with key vendors to support business process.
- Understand key systems and support best practice.
- Support the implementation of the Digital Learning System roadmap by assisting with system updates and changes, ensuring they are carried out in line with available team and technical resources.
- Usability testing support.
- Community platform support.
- Generating and configuring system communications.
- Creating how to guides to formalise processes.
- Executes additional tasks as required to meet the FA's changing priorities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being can be maintained.

Essential for the role:
- Degree in relevant subject area or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data and insight.
- Ability to train and support users at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects, including those outsourced to external supplier and agencies.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced customer focused environment and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to demonstrate working with and supporting internal and external remote stakeholders.
- Experience in Learning system (e.g. LMS, LXP) administration.
- Experience of providing IT support.
- A base understanding of HTML
