We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Assistant for our store.
As a Warehouse Assistant you will be responsible for the maintenance of warehouse layout and standards - ensuring that the warehouse is clean, safe and tidy at all times, assisting in the intake and processing of large deliveries and stock movements, managing faulty items and warehouse associated paperwork and documentation.
Having previous Fork Lift Truck experience or a current Fork Lift Truck Licence would be highly desirable but not essential.
Our stores are open 7 days a week so we need our employees to be as flexible as possible when it comes to availability. Weekends are our busiest trading days so it is likely that you will be required to work on these days.

Job Description
- Flexible to work between the hours of 6am to 4pm - available a minimum of 4 days per week, potentially increasing with the needs of the business.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the deliveries broken down and organised ready for stock replenishment on the floor
- Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and safe
- Ensuring that safety is always a priority for staff and customers, and adhering to manual handling guidelines.
- Warehouse Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Is able to work under pressure and follow instructions
- Is a good communicator with a friendly and approachable manner
- Attention to detail.
- Has basic IT and computer skills
- Must have proof of right to work in NI
- Flexibility: Available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week.
