Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Livingston, supporting our customer, Iceland Foods. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an ‘any 5 days from 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 22:00 to 06:00.

As a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll receive:

- Processing Store Orders on WMS
- Allocating Picking Equipment at the start and end of shift
- Investigating Back Picks, actioning Store Markouts as required
- Goods In - data entry, verification, emailing suppliers and updating Vehicle Inbound Schedule
- Updating statistics in all roles, producing timely and accurate information and reports as required
- Any other duties required by the business deemed suitable and necessary
- Previous experience in administrative functions within a fast-paced logistics environment is beneficial
- Excellent IT skills, including MS apps such as Excel and Outlook
- Strong ability to analyse data and identify trends, attention to detail is a must
- Ability to solve problems and resolve queries using own initiative
