Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Livingston, supporting our customer, Iceland Foods. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an ‘any 5 days from 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 22:00 to 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:




  • Processing Store Orders on WMS
  • Allocating Picking Equipment at the start and end of shift
  • Investigating Back Picks, actioning Store Markouts as required
  • Goods In - data entry, verification, emailing suppliers and updating Vehicle Inbound Schedule
  • Updating statistics in all roles, producing timely and accurate information and reports as required
  • Any other duties required by the business deemed suitable and necessary


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Previous experience in administrative functions within a fast-paced logistics environment is beneficial
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS apps such as Excel and Outlook
  • Strong ability to analyse data and identify trends, attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to solve problems and resolve queries using own initiative
