What are we looking for?

We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in youth development or educational settings. Ideal candidates will demonstrate Experience or knowledge in construction/engineering (plumbing and /or electrical would be a plus), either through formal education or practical experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with youth from diverse backgrounds. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to mentor and support others. Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to collaborate as part of a team. A commitment to our organization's mission of empowering disadvantaged youth through education and skill-building.

What will you be doing?

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged youth? Join our team as a Youth Worker and help empower young minds through hands-on construction and engineering education! What You'll Do Assist in facilitating construction and engineering workshops for disadvantaged youth. Provide support to the main instructor, helping to guide and mentor participants. Collaborate with our dedicated team to develop and deliver engaging educational activities. The key deliverable is ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all participants, fostering their interest and skills in construction and engineering.
