To aid our momentum and continued growth journey, we are looking for a HR Co-Ordinator to lead our onboarding programme and manage the lifecycle of all volunteers, contractors and employees.

What are we looking for?
You’ll be a HR skilled co-ordinator; looking to utilise your organisational skills and attention to detail to support the onboarding programme for all new joiners to Transforming Autism. You’ll enjoy this role if you are Organised Have a passion to ensure all new joiners have everything they need to get off to a great start Have experience of Microsoft, Outlook and SharePoint Delivery of induction presentations to individuals or small groups Logical and process orientated Interested in developing HR skills/experience (or you may be studying for your CIPD qualification)
What will you be doing?
In this role, you’ll be supporting the charity with key responsibilities such as Manager the induction of new joiners to Transforming Autism, ensuring correct documentation is issued, governance of required documentation and delivery of induction to new joiners Issue of contracts to new employees Manage probation reviews Payroll support New starter and leaver system management Ensure key documents are stored, correspondence and data held in line with the Data Protection Act Keep all communication channels up to date with starters and leavers Conduct analysis of new starter and leaver data Support the HR Business Partners and the HR Lead with other duties from time to time Opportunity to be involved with other projects to support CDP
