NavArya Foundation seeks a proactive Volunteer Fundraising & Development Lead to plan and execute campaigns, secure funding, and drive our mission supporting children diagnosed with autism and their families.

We’re looking for someone with

  • Fundraising or business development experience – confident in planning and delivering campaigns.
  • Self-motivation and independence – able to take ownership and work without day-to-day supervision.
  • Strategic thinking – able to design fundraising plans and see them through from start to finish.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills – to engage donors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Creativity and initiative – able to spot opportunities and make things happen.
  • Passion for social impact – especially supporting children diagnosed with autism and their families.

What will you be doing?

As our Fundraising & Development Lead, you will play a critical role in expanding NavArya Foundation’s reach and impact. You will

  • Develop, plan, and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.
  • Identify and approach potential donors, corporate sponsors, and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with supporters to secure sustainable funding.
  • Track progress, report results, and refine strategies to maximize impact.
  • Work independently, taking ownership of fundraising projects without day-to-day supervision.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in fundraising or business development, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach. Most importantly, you’ll share our passion for empowering children and families affected by autism.
