What are we looking for?

be friendly and approachable be non-judgmental and respect views, values and cultures that are different to your own Prior experience in advising clients have good listening skills have excellent verbal and written communication skills have good maths and IT skills be able to understand information and explain it to others be follow the Citizens Advice aims, and principles, including confidentiality and data protection be willing to undertake additional training in your role

What will you be doing?

As a Volunteer Adviser you will assist clients over the telephone via email and face to face, using your research skills and our trusted sources of information and advice. We are looking for advisers to work within our office as part of a team of volunteers.
