Tweaks needed to new CRM designed to track funding applications for international development charity.
What difference will you make?
We will be better able to track grant giving organisations, saving ourselves time and energy where this process has been repeated in the past. We will be able to more consistently manage our administration, see our funding cashflow, manage grants and deliver our project more effectively. Overall this work will help us to deliver projects for the vulnerable people we serve in Zimbabwe, educating them directly or otherwise removing the barriers to education.
What are we looking for?
Experience with CRM - Salesforce.
What will you be doing?
We have a new CRM which was developed by 2 very capable young men on student placement. The majority functions well but there are a number of snagging issues which need resolving. The general function of the CRM is to track grant giving organisations, the applications we make to them, the funds received, disbursements made to our overseas partners etc. This should enable us to operate on a far more professional and impactful level.
