What are we looking for?
Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities addressing education and employment goals. Tailor training initiatives with internal teams to meet diverse stakeholder needs. Stay updated on industry trends in training, education, and employment. Develop and send compelling proposals to potential clients. Follow up persistently on leads to nurture relationships and advance prospects. Demonstrate strong communication skills to build rapport with stakeholders. Conduct thorough lead generation activities, including cold calling and networking. Utilize canvassing techniques to engage with target audiences directly. Attend industry events to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms for prospecting and lead generation.

From comprehensive business and marketing programmes to employment opportunities, we provide solutions that resonate with diverse audiences. Public Sector Engagement Collaborate with procurement departments, local council education authorities, and charities to offer tailored training initiatives that address both education and employment needs. Develop relationships with public sector stakeholders to understand their specific training and employment challenges. Promote our business, marketing, and employment programmes to support community development, upskilling, and workforce readiness initiatives. Organise and execute outreach events targeting hard-to-reach participants, leveraging marketing strategies and street teams. Private Sector Engagement Engage with SMEs to offer services in digital marketing, content creation, and design consultation, aligning with their business objectives and employment needs. Cultivate partnerships with corporate entities for CSR training initiatives, supporting their commitment to social responsibility and workforce development. Collaborate with diverse talent initiatives to facilitate talent acquisition and support companies in ESG compliance for reporting.
