Volunteer Book Reviewer – Product Management

I’m writing a book for product managers with 1–7 years’ experience who learned the craft through real‑world practice rather than formal training. Many PMs deliver strong results but still feel like they’re “figuring it out as they go” because they’ve never had the frameworks, vocabulary, or structure to explain why their instincts work.
The book helps bridge that gap. It connects practical, lived experience to the underlying principles of product management, turning instinct into repeatable, confident decision‑making. It covers both execution fundamentals and strategic effectiveness, with self‑assessments so readers can focus on their own development rather than a generic curriculum.
What I’m looking for:
I’m seeking volunteer peer reviewers to read one chapter of the manuscript and provide honest, constructive feedback. You can choose any topic you’re familiar with — backlog management, prioritisation, stakeholder management, metrics, roadmapping, agile delivery, etc. If you enjoy the process and want to contribute further, I’m happy to share the full manuscript.
What you’ll get:
- Potential acknowledgement in the book
- A chance to influence a resource designed to support self‑taught PMs
- A meaningful volunteer contribution you can add to your profile
Time commitment:
1 hour for a single chapter review. More if you choose to review additional sections.
