We are talent obsessed and deeply believe that the raw skills of our people, and their collective brilliance is what makes us truly extraordinary!

About The Role

As our Visual Merchandising Manager (UK), you will be responsible for ensuring our brand is beautifully and consistently presented across our key UK retail partners. You will lead visual merchandising execution, develop impactful in-store displays in line with our global brand vision, and ensure our storytelling captivates customers while driving sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Visual Strategy: Develop and execute Gisou’s visual merchandising strategy for regional retailers including Selfridges, Harrods, and Sephora, ensuring brand consistency and premium presentation. Responsible for distilling global vision into regional execution.

  • Project Management: Delivery and deadline focused. Excellent project management to ensure timely delivery of all projects. Planning ahead, with clear and timely briefing, and managing all key milestones to launch in store. Co-ordinating Creative, Global, Retail and Marketing teams to ensure excellence in execution at every touch point.
  • Seasonal Updates & Launches: Implement seasonal visual changes, new product launches, and promotional campaigns, ensuring execution aligns with global brand directives.
  • In-Store Training & Compliance: Train retail staff on Gisou’s visual standards, ensuring compliance and maintaining an elevated brand experience at all times.
  • Vendor management: Own relationships and networking with all suppliers. Leading day-to-day supplier management, managing budget & prioritization negotiations and networking to support in the procurement for new local vendors to ensure Gisou is working with the strongest merchandising solution providers.
  • Budget Management & Cost Efficiencies: Manage the merchandising budget closely with global and local teams. Implement process and executional efficiencies to maximise budget allocations as the Gisou estate continues to grow.
  • Store Visits & Audits: Conduct regular store visits to assess visual standards, resolve any merchandising challenges, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Affinity for luxury or premium beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills—able to execute multiple activations across different locations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work closely with retail partners and internal teams.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
