Veterinary Receptionist

Two of our much-loved veterinary receptionists are retiring, and while we’re sad to see them go, we’re excited to welcome new faces to our friendly, dedicated team. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer care to our clients and their pets, this could be the perfect role for you!

About The Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming experience for pets and their owners. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Greeting clients and checking pets in
• Managing phone calls and appointment bookings
• Assisting with client enquiries
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
• Keeping the reception area tidy and organised

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, patient, and compassionate
• Excellent at communication and organisation
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Keen to learn and happy working as part of a tight-knit team
• Previous veterinary reception experience is a bonus, but not essential—full training will be provided
  
  

Your shift pattern

2 x positions - Each working 3 x days per week, Monday - Friday (average of 9 hours per day) plus a 1:4 Saturday morning.
