Vehicle Technician Required In The Redhill Area

• Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 Basic DOE and Qualifications + monthly team bonus
• Hours: 8am - 5.30pm with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings on a rota
  
  

We are currently working with a well-established Motor Trade Service Centre who have been operating in their local area since 2010 with an excellent reputation with customers in the local area and offer a complete automotive all makes and models repairing service. They are seeking an Experienced Vehicle Technician who has at least 2 years, experience within a Main Dealership, Service Centre, or Fast Fit workshop post apprenticeship to join and support the work of their Workshop team. Within this Vehicle Technician role your typical duties will include:

• Servicing vehicles – clutches, cambelts, timing chains / belts, suspension, brakes, pads, discs etc
• Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components.
• Advising the Vehicle Service Receptionists about required repairs.
• Maintaining repair and service records in line with company policies
• Diagnosing the cause of a problem.
• Repairing the problem on the customers car in line with manufacturers’ best practices
• Testing existing and repaired systems.
• Be a team player and assist other mechanics when required.
  
  

You will ideally live within a sensible commute of the Redhill area, have a minimum of three years’ experience of Vehicle Maintenance and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
