Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a process-driven environment, and likes keeping things organised? This could be a great step toward a future career in car sales or the opportunity for an experienced professional to make a difference to the efficient running and profitability of our sales department

We are currently looking for a Vehicle Progressor to come and join our fantastic team at Vertu Nissan Northampton! We are offering a Basic Salary of £27,500 plus excellent Company Benefits.

What The Role Involves

  • Coordinating the preparation of all vehicles within 72 hours of their arrival.

  • Scheduling cosmetic work, including wheel refurbishment, paintwork, trim repairs, valeting, and photography.
  • Supporting the Sales Manager with accurate and engaging vehicle descriptions.
  • Checking that each vehicle meets quality standards before it’s returned to the sales area or moved to other sites.
  • Helping with logistics and ensuring vehicles are ready for the next stage of their journey.

You’ll be working closely with a range of departments, so clear communication and teamwork are key. This role is ideal for someone who likes having a clear routine but also enjoys variety in their day.

  • A practical and organised mindset.
  • Clear and respectful communication skills.
  • Confidence using technology.
  • A detail-focused approach and a can-do attitude.
  • Comfort working both solo and as part of a wider team.

A full UK driving licence is required, as you may occasionally deliver or collect vehicles.

Why join us?

At Vertu, we’re proud to invest in our people. You’ll receive ongoing support, training, and development to help you shape your career.

Our Benefits Include

  • 25 days of annual leave (rising with service) + bank holidays
  • Access to an online rewards platform for discounts and cashback
  • Preferential rates on servicing
  • Employee vehicle purchase scheme
  • Share incentive scheme
