The successful candidate will take full ownership of both the current (‘as-is’) and future (‘to-be’) process landscapes, acting as a gatekeeper to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
This autonomous position offers the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale, multi-year transformation, with long-term responsibility for process performance and continuous improvement. It provides high visibility across the organisation and valuable experience in ERP transformation, stakeholder engagement, and process leadership.
Reporting to the Head of End-to-End Process, the Value Stream Lead will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, programme teams, internal cross-functional departments, and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
