We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role where you will lead end-to-end research projects, helping to uncover user needs, identify pain points, and inform the design and development of user-centered solutions.

This is a remote first UK-based role but we require you to be able to access our London office when needed.

Your Role

As a UX Researcher, youll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful research projects. You will:

  • Uncover impactful insights from your research and craft compelling stories that highlight opportunities to improve user experiences.
  • Develop artefacts such as journey maps, personas, customer journey evaluations, and audits to communicate insights and potential solutions effectively.
  • Use tools like UserTesting, Maze, and Dovetail to conduct usability testing, as well as biometrics technologies such as Tobii eye-tracking, iMotions, and sensors like Shimmer and Noldus.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and recruitment partners, presenting findings and championing the voice of the customer.
  • Apply creative and innovative approaches to solve complex business challenges and improve user experiences.
  • Produce high-quality research deliverables, including screeners, question guides, reports, and presentations, ensuring stakeholders have actionable insights.

  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in an agency environment (desirable).

Personal Characteristics

To thrive in this role, youll need to be:

  • Passionate about understanding user needs and behaviours.
  • Curious and eager to develop your knowledge and expertise in UX research.
  • Comfortable with remote and lab-based usability testing tools and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and a strong communicator.
