The day-to-day role of a community carer has many misconceptions and many new to care never look back once they start on this career path. When you have a positive impact on an individual and their relatives’ lives for a living you can imagine how rewarding that is. Here are the standardised type of duties our carers would be involved in day-to-day:

A safety net under pinning your pay to ensure you earn a good take home amount per shift.
Complete digital Care Planning, mean those you care for receive live and efficient support, keeping them safe and enabling you to care well.
A dedicated operations manage devoted to your rota, trying to constantly improve runs to make your job easier.

- Make visits to clients in their own home using your own vehicle
- Help Premier’s clients meet their desired outcomes from our services
- Help with personal care such as washing and showering
- Cook and serve meals and drinks
- Help with medications
- Support with day to day living
- Recording visits live with our digital care planning system
- Full UK Drivers License
- High Personal Values that match our own and your colleagues
- A Professional approach to complete our training and on going training

- Hourly rates £14.40ph to £16.00ph contact time
- Pay on demand - Access to 50% of your pay as soon as you have booked off through an app
- Contracted Hours for guaranteed minimum earnings
- Travel expenses paid 30p per mile
- 5.6 fully paid weeks Holiday
