Marketing is a key part of ensuring that we have the right properties as part of our portfolio, and that we’re sending the right message to the right property owners. As our Marketing Communications Manager, you will be a key part of our Homeowner Marketing team, leading our communications strategy and execution for Northern Europe across our cottages.com, Hoseasons and Novasol brands.

The Role

Our UK brands have a huge amount of history and heritage and we are looking for someone to join us, working across both brands to ensure we are able to appeal to both future new owners and also help retain and optimise our current owners

What you’ll be doing

As Our UK Owner Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for supporting our UK teams on both our recruitment and retention activities

You’ll support and develop our owner communications strategy to ensure we are driving improved response rates from homeowners, and creating closer working relationships with your colleagues

You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to develop and clear and consistent communications plan, with tangible goals broken down by country.

You’ll build close relationships and liaise regularly with our Owner Service and Owner Retention teams to proactively message/update based on regular feedback data

You will also support our homeowner onboarding strategy, ensuring that new homeowners to Awaze have a great experience, maximising their tenure and profitability.

You will work closely with our Cottages and Hoseasons team to ensure we hit our recruitment targets. Bringing in quality units in the right locations that we know will perform well

You will work closely with our recruitment teams and the rest of the Owner Marketing teams to ensure that our online and offline marketing materials are compelling and encourage owners to join us but also stay with us once they join us

Demonstrable experience of working with marketing communications

Strong stakeholder management skills

You’re target-driven

You’re passionate about travel

Ideally, you’ll have had some experience of working within leisure/travel

Equally as important as all the technical “stuff”, we’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn, irrespective of their seniority. We don’t believe in standing still (we work in travel, after all), but instead think that everyone should be learning, all the time. Whether it’s a new piece of software, an industry event or a mentoring opportunity, we will support you to grow your skillset.
