Summary Of Opportunity

The mission of EMEA Growth Team at Dayforce is to strategically support go-to-market teams at a regional level through in-person and virtual interactions (quality vs. quantity). Additionally, the Field Marketing team serves as the voice of regional go-to-market teams to the wider marketing team and represents the voice of marketing into the go-to-market teams that the Marketing organization supports to create, accelerate, and expand the sales pipeline with our direct sellers and partner ecosystem.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, curious, motivated, and collaborative growth marketing coordinator intern to join our team. The intern will report to the VP of Growth Marketing, EMEA and will work closely with Field Marketing and Demand Centre Teams in the UK and Germany to assist them in coordinating and executing various campaigns and activities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the EMEA Growth marketing team in various day-to-day campaigns, activities, tasks, webinars, and field events.
  • Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing programs, campaigns, and activities, by partnering with Dayforce’s Program Management team.
  • Research and identify segment marketing opportunities, such as events and sponsorships.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree; preferably in business, marketing, or related field
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and efficient with time management
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Have a curious mind to be open to learning new knowledge and skills
  • Excellent communications skills; verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions and strong working relationships across marketing and sales teams
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the skills to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take on new initiatives

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
  • Demonstrated understanding of audiences and marketing concepts related to the B2B high-tech or software industry is a strong plus.
