We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Supervisor to join our team based in Maidenhead. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary of £33,500 per annum.

Key Responsibilities and results of our Transport Supervisor:
You will be responsible for supporting the Distribution Manager in the successful management of the distribution centre team performance in each of the key results areas - financial, service, people and operations. This includes supporting full compliance with all relevant legislation including the vehicle operator licensing legislation for the home delivery fleet. You will ensure all drivers act as brand ambassadors for the company in line with our marketing strategy; you will achieve this through the demonstration of our key leadership characteristics and by championing the company values.
