what You'll Do
- To effectively organise all resource for the delivery of the customers product
- Responsibility for the day to day operation
- Meet customer requirements and operational KPI's
- To ensure legal transport compliance in line with DHL's earned recognition
- Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement
- National / International CPC desirable
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Able to identify and resolve problems speedily and effectively
- Able to prioritise workloads
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
