As our Transformation Workstream Manager, you will lead key transformation workstreams on the Emerging Tech programme, within our Capability business. You will be responsible for end-to-day delivery of initiatives from strategy and inception through to change management and benefits realisation. It’s an exciting time as you’ll contribute to the delivery of Capability’s £350m efficiency target by identifying new opportunities to unlock time and cost savings using technology. You’ll drive organisational transformation through identifying and delivering change programmes, supporting our teams across Design, Delivery and Commercial to successfully adopt transformative capabilities.
Key Accountabilities:
Experience in a proven leadership of technology transformation programmes within the Engineering/Construction sector and demonstrating an expertise in building new innovative solutions and delivering to success would be required. Having leadership experience at a startup with a fast-paced culture would be advantageous.

Key Accountabilities:
- Successful delivery and leadership of Emerging Tech transformation workstreams
- Leading relationships with relevant stakeholders across CCS Design and Delivery
- Full end-to-end delivery of new transformation and change projects at a workstream level
- Be an innovative thought leader within Severn Trent, working with teams across all directorates to bring transformational change and business-wide collaboration
- Quantify technology programme benefits and articulately communicate to senior leadership to secure buy-in and support
- Deliver Emerging Tech transformation projects on time with all benefits realised
- Be a supportive and driven mentor, holding apprentices and graduates accountable to their performance objectives and creating career development opportunities
