Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a full time Brokerage Clerk based at our Coventry office, this position will provide Brokerage services for a Key customer by processing daily shipments within an internal system and ensuring customs compliance in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Customs brokerage Air and Ocean
• Identify correct CPC code to use on customs entry from customers paperwork and make formal entry onto a customs system
• Manage group email inbox, liaising with customers directly via email and telephone
• Updating required milestones within Customers own system
• Admin duties
  
  

Qualifications

Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Strong typing skills

Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format, and communicate findings to management team

Excellent communication skills

Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment

Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs 09:00-17:30hrs with 1 hours lunch
