Are you looking for an opportunity to lead transformational change in a supportive and inclusive environment?
The Division of Medicine are looking to appoint a substantive Transformation Manager to help shape and deliver some exciting large scale improvements to redesign how care is provided for our patients. This is a new role with the opportunity for the successful post holder to make a significant different to patient care within the Division. The successful post holder will be data driven and passionate about improving patient and staff experience.
As a key member of the Medicine Division, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy, when they need it most.
The Transformation Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation of a range of projects across the Medicine Division which will contribute to an improvement in patient and staff experience, in addition to organisational performance.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring all projects within his / her remit are properly managed in accordance with recognised and agreed management principles. In particular, that projects and work streams are delivered on time, within budget, to the agreed specification and scope and to the agreed quality standards. This will involve the production of plans and documentation through the project lifecycle, ensuring all identified objectives are met, and benefits released from the implementation of new clinical models/pathways and ways of working.
