The Main Responsibility Of The Training Coordinator Are

  • To lead the internal training of all personnel within the Packaging Department.
  • To own responsibility of the training and development within the department including designing, development, coordination and execution of both individual and group training plans.
  • To work with all personnel within the Packaging department to provide each member with a clear plan and direction of their development.
  • Actively review shift skillset to ensure any gaps are identified and corrective plans put in place Review new and updated procedures to ensure training is assigned to the correct employees.
  • To support with the facilitation of the operational training lifecycle. Training to be performed across the site to ensure each employee has access to all the training required to fulfil their role to the best possible standard.
  • This includes but is not limited to: Direct training, Observation ,Coaching and Assessing
  • To support with site training inductions.
  • To drive a Training culture into the business at any and every opportunity to help promote the department as a centre of excellence in training.
