About The Role

As a Trainee Sales Manager, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in sales management. This role is perfect for individuals looking to develop their sales acumen while making a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies aimed at maximizing client engagement and revenue generation through face-to-face interactions.
• Team Leadership: Support the sales team in achieving targets and goals, fostering a positive and motivating environment that encourages collaboration and success.
• Client Relationship Management: Engage with potential customers at events, providing them with information about our clients' missions and encouraging their support through donations or purchases.
• Event Coordination: Participate in planning and executing events, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently and that promotional materials are well-presented.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategies for maximizing effectiveness.
• Training and Development: Take part in ongoing training sessions to refine your sales techniques, leadership skills, and understanding of client needs.
• Feedback Implementation: Gather customer feedback during events to inform and enhance future sales strategies and event execution.
  
  

Requirements

• Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
• Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others and building connections.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
