This role will be based in one of our Magnet stores, working closely as part of a fast paced, motivated team. With more than 100 years’ experience behind us, Magnet is one of the UK’s biggest and best known kitchen brands and is part of the wider Nobia group. 

What’s on offer?

For this role you will earn a starting salary of £25,500, with uncapped on-target earnings of c£28,000. At Magnet we truly recognise and reward your achievements, so you have the benefit of an uncapped commission scheme so your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

What You’ll Be Doing 

The Greater Picture: At Magnet, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is integral to our journey. As a Trade Salesperson you will be creating a welcoming environment for all our customers visiting the store, ensuring to maintain and develop strong customer relationships. You will achieve this by gaining excellent product knowledge, helping to increase sale opportunities, opening new accounts and ensuring repeat business.

You will be an integral part of the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets and collaborate on exciting projects.

As a Trade Salesperson we are looking for an individual with great customer service skills who is always willing to go the extra mile.  Also, to be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following attributes:

  • The ability to work well as part of a team and also individually
  • Customer service and a personable manner 
  • Willingness to learn and deliver product knowledge
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with the store team
  • Desire to learn design software
  • Capability to manage to stock
  • Computer literate
  • Readiness to undertake Forklift Truck Training if required
