CereCore International is seeking a Test Manager to join our expanding Professional Services team.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and successful delivery of EPR implementations and upgrades by leading test planning, execution, and quality assurance. They will work closely with programme teams, clinical stakeholders, and technical specialists to deliver robust testing frameworks and ensure system readiness for go-live.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own test strategies, plans, and scripts for EPR programmes.
  • Coordinate and manage UAT, regression, and integration testing across multiple clients.
  • Lead defect management and resolution processes.
  • Provide assurance on system readiness ahead of cutovers and go-lives.
  • Collaborate with programme and clinical teams to embed quality assurance practices.

Requirements

  • Strong background in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience working with one or more EPR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, System C, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience coordinating testing in complex healthcare environments.
  • ISTQB or equivalent testing certification desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
