Our Client:

On behalf of our client, an innovative manufacturer of endoscopic devices, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager.

Job Description:

This includes developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs, providing product demonstrations and ensuring high levels of customer service. Experience with cutting-edge technology and the ability to work autonomously in the field will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and distributors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver training to healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience within the medical device industry, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
