The Professional Services Organisation are responsible for managing the designing and deployment of Zoom Phone and Contact Center solutions. The team are part of the international team and are set to deliver the solution to a new industry high standard.

What We’re Looking For
- Have a Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or its equivalent and experience designing and implementing Voice/Video and Contact Center solutions
- Experience of implementing Enterprise contact center solutions
- Experience of implementing integrations into Contact Centers and Telephony solutions
- Experience of implementing chat bots for Enterprise customer solutions
- Experience with Voice/Video and Contact Center best practices, processes, and procedures for design, deployment, and support
- Experience with migrations to Cloud Voice & Cloud Contact Center solutions
- Have knowledge of deployments for SBCs, trunks, gateways
