Role Description
Allianz have an exciting secondment opportunity for a Technical Team Leader to join the Fraud Consultancy Team.
The purpose of this role is to manage, coach and develop our Fraud Consultancy Team, who are there to detect, disrupt and prevent our exposure to Claims Fraud as well as achieve a high efficiency levels and deliver agreed financial crime savings.
This is a hybrid role based in one of our Chelmsford, Bournemouth or Bristol offices.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £35,500 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

About You
- Lead the team to handle suspected financial crime investigations effectively and efficiently in line with agreed business objectives.
- Implement resource planning and work allocation strategy to respond to investigation levels and report to the Head of Claims Fraud in relation to this and overall team performance.
- Proactively lead, motivate, coach and monitor the team to ensure achievement of agreed savings, objectives, professional conduct, technical and behavioural standards
- Achieve key people measures including delivery and embedding of Performance Development, Allianz = brand values, absence management, attrition and employee feedback To manage litigation and ensure cases are progressed in a effective, timely and cost effective manner with approval and referral to mentor or senior.
- Experience working in a Financial Crime environment or People leadership experience
- Claims experience
- Microsoft Office experience predominately in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Presentation Skills
- Financial awareness
- Broad based knowledge of business functions
- Complaint handling experience
- Detailed knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Experience of fraud investigation techniques and systems
- Experience of Personal Injury processes and procedures
