As a Product Owner in the Firmwide Resiliency Office, you will drive the strategy for reporting, analytics, and AI/ML solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tools that enable data-driven decision-making and provide actionable insights to our business stakeholders. In this role, you will help shape the future of resiliency and support the firm’s commitment to protecting clients and customers.

As a Product Owner in the Firmwide Resiliency Office, you will drive the strategy for reporting, analytics, and AI/ML solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tools that enable data-driven decision-making and provide actionable insights to our business stakeholders. In this role, you will help shape the future of resiliency and support the firm’s commitment to protecting clients and customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for reporting and dashboard solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to discover and define high-impact AI/ML opportunities
- Prioritize features based on business value
- Develop and maintain a product backlog aligned with overall product strategy
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Monitor and analyze product performance to enhance user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and data visualization
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools and technologies (such as Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and business applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Influencing skills and effectiveness in a matrix environment
- Organizational and project management skills
- Success in supporting a team or function through significant and frequent change
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies
