We’re looking for a Technical / Sales Support Engineer to support our spares and service operations. This role blends technical expertise with customer-facing support, helping drive sales, ensure project success, and improve documentation quality.

We’re looking for a Technical / Sales Support Engineer to support our spares and service operations. This role blends technical expertise with customer-facing support, helping drive sales, ensure project success, and improve documentation quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and convert leads into sales
- Promote spare parts and technical services based on customer needs
- Provide technical support on part selection, installation, and servicing
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain and improve technical documentation (manuals, catalogues, guides)
- Manage small service/parts projects, monitoring cost, scope, and timelines
- Identify sales opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in project engineering, technical sales, or a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge and customer service mindset
- Experience with quotations, documentation, and project coordination
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
