Technical / Sales Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Technical / Sales Support Engineer to support our spares and service operations. This role blends technical expertise with customer-facing support, helping drive sales, ensure project success, and improve documentation quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and convert leads into sales
• Promote spare parts and technical services based on customer needs
• Provide technical support on part selection, installation, and servicing
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain and improve technical documentation (manuals, catalogues, guides)
• Manage small service/parts projects, monitoring cost, scope, and timelines
• Identify sales opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in project engineering, technical sales, or a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and customer service mindset
• Experience with quotations, documentation, and project coordination
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
