We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to support our global operations and grow within an international company.

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to support our global operations and grow within an international company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and service support to our worldwide agent network, handling inquiries and offering expert advice.
- Manage service inquiries, including quoting, pricing, and selling within SAP.
- Coordinate service engineer schedules to ensure efficient field operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, such as installation guides, training materials, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments including technical, product development, service, production, and sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and service engineers.
- A solid understanding of engineering principles (a degree in a relevant field is preferred).
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP software is desirable, though not essential.
