Role Overview
A full-cycle recruiter is needed to lead hiring across engineering, machine learning, product, go-to-market, and operations teams. This position works closely with founders and senior leaders to identify and onboard exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Leverage AI-driven tools to evaluate candidate fit and improve hiring efficiency
- Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and define structured scorecards
- Develop repeatable, scalable systems that prioritize speed without sacrificing quality
- Shape employer branding through job content, social media, events, and outbound efforts
- Track and report key metrics including time-to-hire, pass-through rates, and new-hire performance
Ideal Experience
- 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups, tech companies, or top-tier search firms
- Proven ability to fill both technical (e.g., ML, engineering) and business (e.g., sales, ops) roles
- Strong communication and relationship management skills across all seniority levels
- High level of ownership, speed, and comfort with ambiguity
- Familiarity with modern recruiting software and workflows
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $55,000–$65,000 USD
- Performance-based bonus based on hiring outcomes
