QA Higher Education is looking for a Technical Project Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge digital platforms that transform the student experience. From AI-powered portals to dynamic websites, you’ll lead projects that make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Technical Project Manager, you’ll drive the design, development, and delivery of public and student-facing digital platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and our trusted tech delivery partner to bring personalized, secure, and scalable solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development & project management for web and portal initiatives.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, data engineers, and content creators.
• Define project scope, goals, and success metrics aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee integration of AI features like chatbots, dashboards, and recommendation engines.
• Ensure platforms are accessible, secure, and GDPR-compliant.
• Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Understand Key performance indicators for engagement, conversion, acquisition and technical performance
• Drive insight based decision making

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced, but visionary.

Experience:

• Proven track record in technical project management (education, SaaS, or digital services preferred).
• Skilled in agile/scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Strong communicator and stakeholder manager.

Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of Microsoft web technologies
• Deep understanding of CMS, APIs, cloud platforms
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools like MS Co-pilot Studio (desirable).
• Knowledge of data privacy and accessibility standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
