What You'll Do
- Carry out planned and corrective maintenance (PPM and remedial) on a variety of medical devices
- Work to manufacturer specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of service records and administrative documentation
- Travel to various customer sites and represent Sodexo with professionalism and care
- Maintain safe working practices in line with health and safety policies
- Consult with third-party suppliers for parts and quotes
- Maintain tools, test equipment, and spare stock
- At least 2 years' experience in a biomedical engineering environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of service-level KPIs and commitment to quality standards
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and problem-solving approach
