As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our strategy, driving impactful initiatives that enable our teams to deliver excellence and security at scale. Your Mission

Your mission is to orchestrate complex technical initiatives that empower SoSafe to build better, faster, and smarter solutions. Sounds easy, right?

You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of programs across our engineering teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest quality. Whether it’s improving our e-learning platform, implementing AI-driven features, or scaling our phishing simulation, you’ll ensure our most critical programs succeed.

In this role, you’ll need to think broadly, navigate ambiguity, and create structure and clarity across stakeholders. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll work with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and clarity. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, where your work will directly contribute to SoSafe’s continued success.

What You’ll Do

Drive Technical Programs: Define, plan, and handle technical programs that align with SoSafe’s strategic objectives.

Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to define requirements, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

Streamline Delivery: Identify bottlenecks and risks, and proactively resolve them to keep programs on track.

Communicate Clearly: Provide transparent updates to stakeholders, ensuring clarity on progress, risks, and next steps.

Measure Success: Track program performance with clear KPIs and ensure continuous improvement through retrospectives.

Be a Leader: Act as a reliable partner to senior leaders and an advocate for operational excellence across the organization.

Your Profile

You’re an experienced Technical Program Manager, with several years of driving impactful programs in technology-driven environments.

You have strong expertise in taking care of complex, cross-functional projects involving engineering and product teams.

You thrive in high-complexity and ambiguous product areas and know how to bring order to chaos.

You have a proven track record of delivering technical programs on time and within budget.

You’re highly collaborative and bring a bias for action and experimentation. You keep momentum going and inspire teams around you.

You’re fluent in modern tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and have a solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices.

Bonus: Experience in machine learning/AI, feature flagging, or workflow orchestration is a plus.
