We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Youth Support Team as a Team Manager on a 6-month FTC.

Driving forward the Raising Participation agenda and leading on the National Score Card performance you will have a pivotal role in shaping the work with our children and young people managing our NEET Teams and working closely with our colleagues across Children’s Services and wider stakeholders and partners including schools, colleges, local enterprise partnership, training providers, employment and skills hub and voluntary organisations..
As a multi-disciplinary service, within the county’s youth support offer, we deliver high-quality support to children and young people through 1:1, group work, functional skills and our central Opportunities team.

Working within a challenging Post 16 landscape, we need highly skilled, resilient, driven individuals who will play their part in making our vision a success. You will be joining an authority with a strong set of values that underpin the work we do Accountability, Empowerment, Excellence, Integrity and Respect. We are looking for someone that has knowledge and experience within education, training and employment or careers guidance settings and want to be part of driving forward this agenda to ensure children and young people have better outcomes and fulfil their potential.
