An exciting opportunity for the right person to lead and shape a driven and motivated multi-disciplinary team, in the delivery of evidence based care and treatment for working age adults experiencing mental health crisis.

As the team manager you will oversee a proactively supportive environment that values staff wellbeing, supervision and professional development as well as overseeing the Single Point of Access Team to ensure referrals into the Trust are processed effectively.

The post holder will support the Service Manager in providing effective frontline management of the multi-disciplinary Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team. In agreement with the Service Manager, the post holder will provide leadership and, in working in partnership with users will ensure access to the full range of specialist assessment and interventions.

The post holder will also manage the Single Point of Access Service, ensuring that referrals received into the Trust are processed correctly.
