Make a Difference in the Classroom
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work opportunities in a variety of schools? Randstad Education is seeking passionate individuals to join our network of partner schools in East Grinstead, Crawley, Lingfield, and Horsham.
What Youll Do
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Provide individual and small group support to students who need additional help.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
- Participate in school activities, events, and parent meetings as needed.
- Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
- A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Competitive rates of pay.
- Flexible working hours (8:30am:3:30pm, Monday:Friday, with full:time and part:time options available).
