Key Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher in delivering interactive and engaging lessons
• Provide 1:1 and group support, including working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Help create and maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Supervise children during playtimes, lunchtimes, and on school outings
• Prepare materials and resources for lessons and classroom activities
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role
• A passion for helping children reach their full potential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) is a plus but not essential
  
  

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, standard school hours
