Join AXA-Global Healthcare as a Reward Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing our AGH Reward framework, including Executive Reward and Sales Incentive Schemes. This position involves reviewing policies, crafting insightful Board papers, and offering specialist advice to both business and HR stakeholders. What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead various ad hoc reward initiatives, focusing on Executive Reward, Reward Policies, and Market Benchmarking.
  • Assist the Chief People and Internal Communications Officer with the UK Remuneration Committee processes, including drafting relevant documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold appropriate governance standards.
  • Manage the implementation of AXA's long-term incentive plans, when applicable.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior partners as needed.
  • Analyze, review, and recommend a cohesive reward structure for a new business initiative launching in 2026.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders both within AXA Group and externally to maintain the relevance and compliance of Executive Reward at AXA UK.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in Executive Reward.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to distill complex topics into clear, understandable concepts.
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Board members.
  • Knowledgeable about Financial Services Reward and the regulatory landscape for UK executive compensation.
