- Curriculum Support: Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum, fostering independence and self:esteem.
- Support for Pupils: Work with individuals or small groups, promoting focus, independence, and personal care as needed.
- Classroom Assistance: Prepare and maintain the learning environment, support behaviour management, and help with administrative tasks.
- Professionalism: Uphold school policies, values, and safeguarding protocols.
- A caring and patient individual, committed to supporting childrens educational and personal growth.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to pupils diverse needs.
