Due to an exciting period of growth, they are now seeking a talented and motivated Planning Assistant to join the growing team in Stratford Upon Avon. As a Planning Assistant, you will support the planning team in providing effective planning advice, managing client relationships, and assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications. Key Skills And Experience
- Ideally 1:2 years of experience within a planning role or relevant field.
- A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with the planning process and relevant legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
