Location: Denton or Luton (Hybrid – 3 days in office) *5-month FTC*
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll lead recruitment across a regional area — attracting, engaging, and hiring brilliant people for our nurseries and support teams. This is a full 360 role with a big focus on quality, candidate experience, and Safer Recruitment practices.
You’ll manage everything from intake meetings to interviews, advertising to onboarding — while building strong relationships with hiring managers and supporting our growth with confident, values-led hiring.

You’ll manage everything from intake meetings to interviews, advertising to onboarding — while building strong relationships with hiring managers and supporting our growth with confident, values-led hiring.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Comfort with systems (ATS, Excel, job boards, social media)
- Passion for delivering great candidate experiences
- Ideally, experience in early years, education, or another regulated industry
- Understanding of Safer Recruitment (or willingness to learn)
