We are currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our client's team on a full-time basis, working remotely for a temporary contract. Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for attracting and hiring best-in-class talent, providing a first-class candidate and hiring team experience.
- Act as the functional advisor for Talent Acquisition, contributing to the development and implementation of the talent strategy.
- Be a key advisor on best practises in the Talent Acquisition world, from sourcing strategies to employer branding.
- Serve as an ambassador of our client's culture, fostering connections between teams, departments, and people.
- Manage a high volume of specialised end-to-end recruitment within a broad geographical area.
- Build trust and credibility with geographically dispersed clients through effective consultation at all stages of the recruitment life cycle.
- Understand current and future hiring needs, assessing the labour market to recommend the right recruiting strategies.
- Collaborate with recruiters to implement new networking and sourcing strategies, improving candidate pipelines.
- Ensure a consistent process management approach that balances compliance, business needs, and optimal candidate experience.
- Leverage TA technology and social media to attract and pipeline talent, promoting opportunities and our client's Employer Brand.
- Participate in local, regional, global, and cross-functional projects.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience in a professional environment.
- Robust experience in full life cycle recruiting or experience within a search firm/RPO, preferably in a large-matrixed environment.
- Strong client management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM).
- Expertise in a variety of sourcing channels, including direct approaches, BOOLEAN searches, and networking.
- Corporate/finance recruitment experience would be advantageous.
